If you’re a busy woman who’s tried everything to lose weight but nothing seems to stick, you’re not alone. The women in the Can-ji Club felt the same way. They had careers, families, stress, cravings, and a fear of failing again.

MEET TANISHA FORDE-SKEETE

Tanisha had reached the point where she’d accepted her weight just wasn’t going to change. MEET TRICIA BARTLETT

Beverley Alleyne shares her Can-ji Club experience....

Meet Beverley. She has lost 40lbs through the Can-ji Club Coaching Program and this is what she has to say about her experience.

 

Before enrolling in the Can-ji Coaching program, I tried to exercise on my own and limit what I eat. At one point, I even tried a Keto diet and that did not work for me because I didn’t think it was sustainable. I also tried a diet that involved no sugar, no carbs and no fruit. I lost a little weight but that too was not sustainable because of my love for fruit.

The Can-ji program is different from anything I’ve tried in the past because it’s a well-rounded program. It has assisted me with not only my physical health but emotional health as well. What stood out for me initially, was that the conditioning of the mind was an essential part of the program. We all have certain beliefs and values which are ingrained in us because of our environment and our cultures. These beliefs and values determine our habits and how we live our lives, including our eating habits and our health. The Can-ji program helps you to reposition your mind and in turn, also reposition those beliefs that limit you from achieving your weight loss or health goals. This was not offered by any other program or diet I have tried in the past. Additionally, the group support sessions provide a plethora of knowledge in dealing with both physical and emotional health. I can go on, but in my opinion, these are truly what makes the program different to any other that I have tried.

 

I am happy with the results I've achieved in the program thus far as I can feel the difference in my body. I am not feeling as lethargic as I did before and my energy levels are definitely improving. I have less headaches, I feel more relaxed and I can focus better. I know I have a long way to go as there is no fast fix to getting in shape and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, still I’m excited as I know that my health journey has just begun. 

 

My advice is to anyone embarking on a mind + body transformation journey is, get up and start moving, once you do, you will want to keep moving. Tell yourself that 'you can do it'…start believing that you can and you will. I am not saying that it will be easy but once you remain consistent and focus on your goals, it will definitely be worth it. Plus, when you see and feel the results you will be encouraged to keep going. Take it one day at a time and know that taking care of your health is paramount above all else.

S. Taylor shares her Can-ji Club experience....

I’ve had a fabulous experience and I am thrilled with my results and the support I’ve received. In 10 weeks, I lost 15lbs and 4 inches off my waist/tummy. The exercises were tailored to me, my body and fitness level. The behavioural and mindset sessions were transformative. Everything starts in the mind. Your mindset affects your feelings/emotions and results.

 

Georgina is phenomenal! She really cares about her client's well-being and you definitely feel that. She devotes time to ensuring you understand and helps you in any way she can. The weekly coaching sessions are excellent. My advice to others is, do this program to get rid of fat once and for all! I’m seeing results and I felt supported every step of the way.

I started this program in an attempt to identify the emotional reasons behind my inability to stick to my weight loss goals. The program's weekly worksheets were extremely enlightening, and they force you to evaluate your thinking and how you treat yourself.

 

I was able to apply the techniques and positive thinking to other areas of my life.  However, the best part of the course would have to be Georgina! She is extremely supportive, and she is a great instructor. She actually cares and is interested in ensuring that you achieve your goals. I highly recommend this program!

I started this program to lose weight, learn about how to exercise effectively and to become a better version of myself. I’ve tried to lose weight in the past however before this program, I was not aware of how powerful the mind can be and that it was my mindset that was preventing me from being successful. 

 

I now believe the power to change lies within me and I feel confident in my abilities to reach my goals.  Because a program like this exists, it tells me that it’s okay to seek help, it’s okay to fall, as long as you get back up and keep going.   I’ve also learned how to overcome the issues that led me to give up in the past. I’ve re-prioritized my life and placed my well-being at the top of the list. I truly believe this is my time, I’m poised to succeed.
