I Can’t Lose Weight… Because of Menopause

Let’s talk about something a lot of women whisper about but rarely say out loud.

The moment menopause hits, it can feel like your entire body turns against you.


Your clothes don’t fit the way they used to. That tummy that seemed manageable before now it feels like it’s growing by the day. You look in the mirror and wonder where your old body went, and why you feel like a stranger in your own skin.

You’re trying to do what you’ve always done… but it’s not working anymore. And it’s exhausting.


You’re tired of Googling, only to find the same recycled advice that doesn’t speak to your actual experience.


You’re tired of hearing “It’s just menopause” like that’s supposed to be comforting. Like those three words are an acceptable reason to just give up and accept a body that no longer feels like yours.
